RETURNS


If you have changed your mind regarding product or want to exchange it for something else, send it back to us with the original packaging and labelling attached. Subject to the product being returned to us within 28 days and being in a clean unused condition and complete we will refund the cost or make the exchange.


We will honour normal manufacturer's warranties of course.  In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item to us with an advice of the fault in writing. Please identify clearly the area or part that has failed. All items should be returned in a clean condition.
