Published: 26th October, 2010

It's winter again so it must be time for a Soggy Bottom.

This Winter there will be 3 Soggy Bottom races providing a range of challenges and courses at the home of the Soggies - Newnham Park.

We have got together with Jay and Maddie at Fully Sussed to keep things fresh and they will be scoping out some new courses that have not played host to a Soggy before - some with river crossings and some without.

Expect the usual comforts of hard standing car parking, indoor heated registration area, flushing loos, cafe, Live race timing (courtesy of Jerry Flooks), some dodgy commentary and prizes for top 3 in all categories (except fun),

This year the Battle of the Bottom Borders will have a new twist.

Laps are usually about 5k with race distances ranging from 2 for Juveniles and Fun Women up to 5 for the Elite/Expert Men.

Overall series awards will be available for each category with the best 3 results counting.

Support this year is from Cogs, Certini, The Bike Cellar, Plymouth Cycle Scene, Accelerade, XCracer.com, Fully Sussed and Shred.
