Friday 30th May - Sunday 1st June 2014

The weather is looking up, the trails are drying out and it's time to start making plans for your Summer weekends.  The Filthy Foxes Dirty Weekend returns to Newnham Park for the second year, and promises to be bigger and better.

Aimed at women who want to have a go at mountain biking and off road running, as well as those who have been doing it for years, it's the perfect excuse for a girlie weekend.

We've upped the price this year so that we can afford to offer you even more, but at £55 for the weekend it's still a bargain.

Included in the price you get a full weekend programme of activities including:
Coached activities
Mountain bike skills
Trail riding practice + line choice
Trail running technique
Navigation
Injury prevention clinic
Outdoor circuits
Yoga
Social road rides

Challenge activities
Mountain bike endurance challenge
Mountain bike skills challenge
Trail running / navigation challenge

Other nice freebies
Demo bikes to try out
Whackjob chill out zone
2 nights camping (showers + toilets on site)
Event memento
Challenge medals

There are some extra bits we couldn't afford to throw in with the weekend ticket, but for a little extra you can add some luxury to your weekend:
  • Whackjob event Tshirt - design coming soon (you know it will be gorgeous!)
  • For those of you who want to enjoy a weekend of activities without the hassle of campsite cooking, local bike cafe Rockets and Rascals will be running their Forest Cafe all weekend and are offering a fully catered package.
  • After all that exercise, you might be in need of a massage.  Revolution Physio will be on hand to ease away those aches and pains.
  • If you haven't got a mountain bike, or want to travel light, we can hire you one and bring it to the event for you.

Entries are limited to 120 spaces, and you can book yours here.

If you're still not convinced, have a look at last year's event video (from the endurance challenge) and tell me it doesn't look fun.
