What is better than riding some smooth flowing single and double tracks on the longest weekend of the year?

This 70km (44miles) MTB route, hand picks the best riding in the amazing South Downs. UK Cycling Events course designer lives here and has put together his best local routes to ensure you have a truly special ride. This route will provide some stunning views of the south coast from the top of Kingley Vale and St Roches Hill, some challenging climbs including Cocking Hill and sweet descents on quite single and double track bridleways.
The Classic South Downs way will also feature for a short time as riders head back towards Goodwood. A shorter 36km (23miles) option is available if you are tight for time…

The event includes all the sophistication you would expect, including: Toilets, electronic timing, well stocked feed stations, tarmac parking, over £10 of free energy products, event photography, mechanical support, bike wash facilities and most importantly an enjoyable and extremely well marked course!

So all you need to do is turn up and ride!
