The Bear Mountain Bike Challenge is a personal mountain bike challenge over 24 miles of some of Halifax (West Yorkshire) finest terrain.

Registration opens at 08:00 on Sunday 14th September 2014, with a mass start prompt at 09:00.

The route is a challenging cross country route with some tough uphills and rewarding downhills.

Registration fee is £15 pre-registered or £17 on the day, with all funds raised going towards care and research into Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes.

The event is sponsored by Cyclefast, Fired Up Wood Burning Stoves, ASSURA and R&C Maintenance Solutions
