This unique challenge takes place at the famous Olympic Mountain Bike Course in Hadleigh Country Park. Our version of the triathlon theme without getting wet! A 5k run, 10k bike ride and army style assault course.

The run will be held on the Mountain Bike Course with undulating hills and scrambles to negotiate, a fun but challenging route.

The bike ride is held off road on the Hadleigh Downs with fantastic views of the pretty Kent country side over the Thames. This will be an accessible route with some steep but short hills.

The last element to finish off your challenge will be a military style assault course with wall climbs, barb wire crawls, monkey bars and will push you to your limits making this a fantastic challenge to take part in whilst supporting the vital care of Havens Hospices.

Entry £30
Minimum age 14 yrs
Distances: 5k run, 10k bike, assault course
This is a one off event and places are strictly limited as we can only have 200 people take part so book now to avoid disappointment.
