2XC 2013 Hot Pursuits/Scott Series Round 5 Preview

Series standings have been calculated and are now available on the our website www.2xc.org.uk. In the senior categories the points totals are very close with this final event deciding all the overall placings.

Riders who have ridden three races in the series and finish in the top three of their category will be in with a chance of winning one of two Scott Aspect 650 bikes we will be giving away on the day. If you don't qualify for the series there's still category prizes and national ranking points on offer so there's no reason not to enter on-line today!

There will be two races on the day, the first at 9.30am for Under16's will include an open class for anyone wanting to give racing a try and this will last for 40 minutes. The second race will take place at 10.30am for the usual over 16 categories and will last an hour.

The course is about 2.5km long and features forest tracks, man made trails and natural single track with some testing sections. Those who rode the first event of the series will remember just how good it was!
