Managed to damage my shoulder two weeks ago. Physio says its not torn but a strained suprespinatus so cycling is a no-no for now.
I can ride a stationary bike and have just bought a turbo trainer. Most of my riding has been in the 90-120 mins range with only a couple of 40 mile rides (46 miles in 4:10 with 4000ft climbing my longest ride) so any suggestions for maximising the turbo trainer would be great.
Really gutted as my fitness was coming along nicely after just getting back into cycling after a couple of years out of the saddle.
