The 2017 series has been extended to five rounds, co-ordinated by Welsh Cycling and supported by clubs and event organisers across Wales.

Round 1 will take place at Bryn Betws, within Afan Forest Park and what is the home of Mountain Biking within South Wales.

The course will be fast and fun and feature some of the most loved sections within Afan Forest Park including sections of Y Wal (The Wall) trail.

A Cycling are delighted to announce that we will be hosting Round 1 of the 2017 Welsh Cycling Mountain Bike Series.

A brand new course & new event for XC events within the fantastic Afan Forest Park.

It has been over 10 years since the area has hosted a XC race and we are really excited to be designing a course that will include racing on some of the best sections within the forest.
