After another successful year of racing at Kirroughtree in the SXC series in 2011 and even more happy faces we are delighted to be returning for more scintillating singletrack in 2012. Kirroughtree offers some of the best singletrack that the 7 Stanes can offer, with seemingly endless descents for your effort on the way up! Local organisers, The Break Pad, have thrown in a smattering of tough natural sections, and an arena which creates an excellent race atmosphere.

A great way to shake the winter out of your legs!

Why not make a weekend of it and sample the other trails in the forest too, as this year...

...camping is available at the venue in Kirroughtree itself. There will be a separate charge for camping and the normal car park charges will apply so remember to display your ticket to the ranger services.

There will be a test event free short course race on the Saturday evening followed by a Barbeque for all those attending. However, it would be an idea to bring along some food for yourselves and the SXC crew. (timings announced nearer the date)
