Crow Hill is a favourite of many with its fast flowing trails, again the hills are short but they come one after the other and as the pace is high it's a course where you need to be able to recover quickly and keep attacking all the time.
It is deceptively tough with very little rest but great fun trying to get your lines spot on each lap.
