Event Description Rhayader has for centuries offered a welcome for travellers: from the Romans who had a stopover camp in the Elan valley, Monks journeying between the Abbeys of Strata Florida and Abbey-cwm-hir and Drovers taking their livestock to far off markets.

This ancient and stunning landscape provides a wealth of opportunities for the modern activity of mountain biking.

Why not make the most of the bank holiday weekend and explore the wild and remote Elan valley trails.

Let us take care of your thirst for adrenaline as our route winds its way along the fire road climbs and enduro style descents in the hills and forests to the north of the town.

Registration Opens Saturday 12noon to 7.30pm & Sunday 8am to 9.30am
