Series: Gorrick XC Saddle Skedaddle Spring Series 2015

A four event open Cross Country Race Series held on Sundays during January to March. The headline Sponsor is Saddle Skedaddle who specialise in superb cycling holidays for riders of all ages and abilities. There will be a number of their mountain bike breaks to be won in spot prize draws at individual rounds, as well as prize vouchers to spend in our brilliant local bike shops. That means that everyone aged over 18 who enters a race has a chance of winning.

Trophies are awarded to the top 10% in each category, with a minimum of 1st and 2nd, except for the Experts. The top 3 male and female Expert riders will receive rolled over cash prizes at the end of the Series based on a % of the entry fees paid over the 4 rounds. Trophies will be engraved with winners' names and will be available for collection at the following event from the Commentary Caravan.

Series points are awarded to the top 15 finishers in each category. You need three points scoring rounds to qualify, but the more races you complete in a top position the better your chance of winning. Series trophies for the winners of each category will be presented at the final round of the Series and are generously provided by Four4th Lights. There are races and individual round trophies but no Series prizes for Under 11's and 13's, Fun or Beginners categories.
