SCOTT MTB Marathon Series round 2: Wantage

The second round of the Scott MTB Marathon series took place in Wantage last weekend. Fast, dusty and exciting trails attracted 650 riders from elite racers to people trying out their first mountain bike event.
Numbers were 20% up on last year showing how the Scott MTB Marathon Series is going from strength to strength! In addition to the main event on Sunday, the weekend contained a children's skill session on the Saturday morning and a female only guided ride in the afternoon, provided by Hope Technology, allowing the whole family to get involved over the two days.
Beautiful weather over the weekend meant everyone enjoyed the festival atmosphere making it a bank holiday to remember.
