Nooo! My white disco slippers! Knew I should have worn my black Bontrager shoes. One of the risks of not pre-riding the course...
Great to just rock up to a regional race and blast round for 4 laps. And finally with minimal knee pain after a recent boardwalk incident! (thankyou Southern XC for not building any of it for the new course)
Need to practice my solo bottle feeding as well, cyclo-cross style running dismounts each lap in the feedzone probably aren't the quickest way to do things when every second counts!
