What Mark Wore:

Endura gilet ("I'm not sure what type. It's black and plain and does the job.")

"A lot of what I'm wearing is about image I suppose. I come from a motorcross background and I have carried that style through to my cycling. What I'm wearing reflects the kind of rider I am: a lot of enduro as well as cross-country riding."

Mark appears not be a crazy, rad, downhiller 'type' though, despite his evident experience in motorcross and fairly gnarly sounding riding. He is a self-proclaimed family man and a bit of of a geek! -

"The image of baggy shorts and a robust helmet reflects my riding but maybe not necessarily me as a person."

"My shorts and gloves err on the enduro side, but my jersey and my shoes are more xc. It's horses for courses really, a bit of cross-over between the disciplines, and about finding a good medium between image and practicality". 

"I feel comfortable wearing this, it's not the most practical for Thetford but I like it and it works."
