Online Entry Service For UK MTB Race Organisers
To add your event to our race listings use our
contact form to tell us about your event. Listing your event on XCRacer.com is free, we would also like to hear any interesting news on your event including post race reviews.
We also offer a low cost feature rich Online Entry service. It makes sense to us our service for the following reasons:• No setup fee
• You only pay for each entry you get (pricing below) of which you can add the cost of the entry
• You can manually add postal entries so you have all your information in one place - which you download as a csv file (can be opened in excel)
• Get more exposure for your event by having it displayed on every page of our site - we get over 40,000 visits a month!
• We have had over 16,000 entries go through our system since it opened in 2007 and we attract more events each year.
• You receive the whole entry fee in your own Paypal account as the entries come in. (we invoice you when entry for your event closes)
Pricing Information
£0.50 per entry - Reduced fee for 2011!
Payments are processed via paypal who charge you for each transaction (at time of publishing it was 3.4% + £0.20 per transaction) The funds go directly into the organisers paypal account and we invoice you when the event is closed for entry. - If you haven't already done so, you will need to upgrade your paypal account to a 'Premier' account.
