The paste comprises of tiny plastic balls suspended in a special grease. The compound is designed to increase friction. The tiny plastic balls work as grit (think compressible sand with smooth edges) and that grit helps hold surfaces to one another. So, you can reduce the torque needed to tighten components together by up to 30%, thereby minimising damage. Don't worry, the balls don't scratch/damage your components.
The dynamic assembly compound/paste stops parts distorting or loosening and ensures perfect corrosion protection. It also prevents the two components seizing up.
