Southern XC 2011 - Round 4 Venue Change

The course is being built by our old Erlestoke team of Darren Chappell & Julian Lye so you can expect a good course that will be a worthy replacement. It's a tough course with plenty of climbing on a par with Erlestoke, there is lots of singletrack and some fast open downland sections. It's a good classic style venue with some bombholes and big steep drops to keep you smiling. We are very excited about it as its quite different to anything we have currently and will be a good tough challenge.

Anyone who has pre-entered for Erlestoke prior to this announcement will be able to claim a full refund if they are unable to attend the replacement venue."

 

The directions to the venue are from the East take the Andover (West) exit off the A303. Take the A342 towards Ludgershall and you will pick up the event road signs after about 5km where you turn left to Perham Down. As you enter the village there is a left turn onto a military estate. From the South and North use the A34 and A303 to Andover unless you are very familiar with the lanes in this area.

From the West exit the A303 at the A338 Tidworth exit and go North towards Tidworth, the road to Perham Down is on the right after about 4km. The entrance to the event is about 2km on the right.
