Kielder 101, Saturday 3rd September 2016 ... A big single lap race with much riding of the narrow track variety.

The Kielder 101 race (it is a race), now in its second year, takes place within Kielder Forest and Water Park. Once again the event centre is Kielder Castle, a venue steeped in endurance racing history.

The race course aims to take riders in to lesser ridden parts of the forest area with a large percentage being singletrack, an accurately calculated 99.9% of the route is off road.

As an alternative for those looking for a less frantic day out the new Border Challenge is offering a non race format 60km single lap within the same area as the 101 race.

Both events are timed and fully supported.

Details of both events and how to enter can be found here Kielder101.co.uk
