The Frostbite 40 (or Flooded 30!): The Brechfa enduro returns - raising money for the Welsh Air Ambulance - it'll be a winter ride for the hardcore mountainbiker looking for a new years challenge to burn off any seasonal indulgence.

The ride will take in parts of the classic Brechfa trails, and some additional cheeky singletrack sections; riders will make their way out on the event course from Llansawel village, there will be three timed sections, and a real festival feel back at the event HQ.

Riders can arrive on the saturday night and bunk down on the village hall floor
