We are holding a first of its kind mountain bike race including special stages for descents and climbs on some pretty "special"sections made especially for the day.

Think tough mudder on a bike! The challenge is 5 hours of as many laps as you can within a maximum of 5 hrs. If you are still on the course at 5hrs and 1 second the lap you are on will not count! open to teams of 1. 2 or 3.

This route has a fantastic trail base and has some pretty technical sections to test the best of riders including a tunnel descent and a river bed climb! Tyre choice will help on one section then hinder on the next so every rider will have equal chances.

The entry cost for this is £20 per individual entry, team costs are higher. Included in the cost are a fully and marked out 5.5 mile all singletrack route, marshalled course, first aid, an event village from Alpine Bikes including a on site mechanic to help with repairs (small costs may apply), a cafe and bike wash.

There is a maximum entry of 100 (regardless of team size, team of 3 counts as on entry) so early bird entries are recommended, entries in the last 2 weeks prior to event day and including on the day entries will be £25 per entry.
