The Winter Challenge is CANCELLED! with our deepest regret!!

The SPAM organising team are "GUTTED", but with deep regret we have had to cancel the 2015 Winter challenge due to Landmarc not being able to produce a licence for the event before Christmas. We have never had an issue in obtaining authorisation from the MOD/Landmarc in past years for this event, but this year since some changes within Landmarc we have had two events "pulled" in 2015 due to the licence not being granted, but this is the first time since about 2005 that we have not been able to run this event!

We run all of our events "not for profit" and all of our "team" volunteer their time and services for free, we donate all profits that the events make to charities, both at a local level and National and to date have donated ten's of thousands of pounds over these past years.

The Winter Challenge is always well supported by "you" the riders, and for us a club it gave us the opportunity to raise a good sum of money so we could donate more to our nominated charities.

We shall arrange a full refund for all of you that have entered via XCRacer in due course, so please bear with us whilst we process this.

We will be back in 2016, we have spoken to some new contacts at Landmarc and the MOD, we are optimistic that the next event the Erlestoke 12 will be okay. We will persevere and we ask that you do the same, our location does provide some excellent riding and we all look forward to seeing you on the next event.
